Sesame Street Turns 40
Sesame Street first aired on television on November 10, 1969. It was the first television show that used the show as a teaching tool for children to learn basics like reading, writing, and counting. In the beginning the creators were considering calling the show 123 Avenue B. But, the main genius here was Jim Henson, because he was the one who created and came up with the characters still used today like Elmo, cooking monster, grouchy, and Big Bird. My question is, in total how many episodes were created?
A) 4,976
B) 4, 357
C) 4,187
Dinosaurs in the News
Dinosaurs used to be a much unknown creature but now that it is being studied they are more known. Recently dinosaurs have been in the news because of a discovery a scientist named Jack Horner founded. The discovery was based on three dinosaurs, but maybe it wasn’t quite three. Jack found that the dinosaurs are all the same dinosaur’s just different ages. For example: the smallest dinosaur had a small snout and had many tunnels in its skull because the younger dinosaurs need more blood to flow. While the oldest dinosaur had a big head and its skull had few tiny tunnels explaining that it was old because it doesn’t need as much blood to flow. My question is, when was the first dinosaur skull found out of the three I explained?
A) 1936
B) 1931
C) 1938
